General Meeting - July 1, 2009

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM. In the absence of the President, Secretary and Treasurer, Vice President Ted Bechtel took the role of Supreme Overlord and had the other officers jailed. He then took over the treasury and went to Thunder Valley. (Just Joking—Ed.)

Dennis said there was an error in the date of Minutes. (Ed. unable to find error.) In the absence of the Secretary, it was moved to accept the Minutes as is.

Treasurer’s report postponed until arrival of Treasurer.

Old Business: Past Events;

Discussed cancelled Wine Trip.

New Business: Upcoming Events;

Frank motioned to have a new meeting place. Keith & Ted & Dennis will check places and if we find a place, will let every one know. (Possible locations are Stonebrooks Restaurant at Watt and Folsom and CoCo’s on Arden.

J.O. (finally arrived), Did Treasurers Report.

Terry discussed the Bethel Island Car Show, July 18th—19th.

No events for July, No July 4th Event.

7:25 (PM) we were joined by Adam Schwartz from Folsom. Saw our Web Site. He has a Black ‘79 SE, bought in March.

July 23rd, 7:00 PM, Scandia Miniature Golf, meet there.

No response from State Fair. Keith will follow up.

Dennis & Terry & Adam will miss meeting due to Hot August Nights.

Terry discussed email from a person that was trying to sell a white ‘91 Trans Am converted to a race car. Robert will follow up with person on where to sell. Car is in Rochester, NY. Selling car due to job loss.

Frank motioned to adjourn, J.O. seconded. Meeting adjourned at 7:36 PM.
