The meeting was called to order at 7:15 PM by Leo Brown,

The Secretary's Minutes for April were corrected. A
blank line located on Page 3 was changed to read "and
a restaurant on Highway 50". The #1 after the word Secretary

calling the members on page 1 & 3 of the roster. Keith
will call page 2, Terry page 4 and Irene page 5. The
Email addresses will be notified by Theo.
Terry requests volunteers to assist on the Activities
Committee due to the resignation of Jaime Perez and
Carmen Luci. Leo Brown suggested that the Transcript
be continued for Jaime and Carmen and that they be notified
of events.
Leo Brown presented a Certificate from the Veteran's
Affairs Council that was received for our attendance
at the Veteran's Day Parade November 8, 2003. It will
be held by Historian, J.J. Apilado.
Eric Melson asked about the standards necessary for
a car to meet before being allowed to attend events.
He was informed that there are no specific standards.
Keith Thorson announced that our Towe Auto Museum membership
is expiring. He recommended that each member chip in
$5.00 to renew. He reminded everyone that the membership
allows us to attend the museum as much and as often
as desired. Keith also announced that our membership
in the ACCC is expiring. He read a flyer concerning
collectors vehicles and recommended that we continue
our membership because of the representation that we
have through ACCC. The members present voted to have
the Treasurer send them a check.
Eric Melson recommended that J.O. contact Monica Cunanan,
a friend of his at Larson-Clarke Insurance Associates
to see if she can find a market for our insurance. J.O.
will do so.
Concerning Trans A Rama. Keith and Dennis announced
that Reliable Pontiac's insurance cannot "piggyback"
our event but they will contribute to the cost of our
awards. There was considerable discussion concerning
fund-raising activities ranging from car shows to dyno
days. Eric Melson has some good ideas but the subject
was tabled for a month.
Cattlebaron's Café on Highway 80 at Penryn Road
will be the location for our Christmas Party meeting.
J.O. was instructed to make reservations for December
11, 2004. Banquet Specials are Steak or Chicken @ $13.50
and Prime or Halibut @ $15.35 including coffee, ice
tea or soda, tax and tip. For kids under 12 the menu

required. No host cocktails, 6:30 PM, dinner at 7:00

Keith presented Blue Ribbons for the Chili Cookoff.
Winners were announced in last month's TransScript.
The meeting was adjourned at 9 PM with Transarama Committee
meeting afterward.
