Meeting - October 3, 2006
Pre-Meeting Business: Frank Brown mentioned that his
wife Mary had not received her ribbons or prizes for
the Chili Cook-off held on April 23. J.O. said he would
check it out and make it right.
The meeting was called to order by President Keith Thorson
at 7:10 PM.
Secretary and Treasurer reports in the TransScript were
approved as printed.
It was moved by Dennis Trimble to move our Club Meeting
to Wednesday night effective January 2007. The motion
was seconded by Frank Brown. Those present still desire
a restaurant for the meetings and Irene Raff is to check
out The Hof Brau at Watt and El Camino.
The Treasurers Report was then read by Treasurer J.O.
Raff with an added explanation of the August Report
and approved as read.
Visitors Brett Hubbs and Debbie Wilson arrived and introduced
themselves. Brett has '94 25th Anniversary Trans Am
Convertible with 40K miles for sale.

Business: Past Events;
No old business was discussed.
New
Business: Upcoming Events;
Autorama 2007
was discussed. Our Club will be allowed four, perhaps
six cars. Autorama Management desires cars that were
not shown last year and Entry Fees will be $50.00 to
show, $75.00 to be judged. Feb. 8, 2007 will be set
up. Feb.9,10,11 for show.
Club Officers for 2007 were nominated and ballots will
be mailed to all members ASAP. Nominees are: President,
Keith Thorson and Ted Bechtel, Vice President, Rachel
Gershanoff and Ted Bechtel; Secretary, Irene Raff; Treasurer,
J.O. Raff and Activities Director, John Bonner, Rachel
Gershanoff and Keith Thorson.
With business completed, the meeting was adjourned at
8:35 PM after being moved by Frank Brown and seconded
by Gary Vollstedt.

Club Meetings will be held
at Reliable Pontiac-Cadillac, 400 Automall Drive,
Roseville, CA at 7:00 PM on the first Tuesday of
each month. Anyone with an interest in the Pontiac Firebird,
Trans Am, Formula or Firehawk is welcome to attend.

Saturday, October 14th, Vacaville Pontiac, 350 Orange
Drive, Vacaville. 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Registration
by Oct. 7th., $20.00 but $30.00 at the event, 8:00 to
9:30 AM. Judging starts at 10?00 AM. "Pick Your Own
Prize" raffle plus Special Awards and 1st, 2nd & 3rd
awards in all classes from 1963. Benefit for Heather
House.

AM, depart at 8:00 AM. Principal stop will be High Hill

Tentatively, Saturday, November 18th. UNDECIDED BECAUSE
OF CONFLICT OF ACTIVITIES. This activity will be
discussed and decided at the November 7th meeting.
ANNUAL
MEETING & CHRISTMAS PARTY - 12/3/06
Cliff House of Folsom, 9900 Greenback Lane, Folsom,
11:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Brunch will be $15.00 per person including tax & gratuity
after the Club subsidizes $10.00 per paid member. $13.00
for children 3-12.
Adult non-members will be $25.00. Pay Treasurer at event.
Bring a gift, around $20.00, to exchange.
A final count is needed not later than 11/27 so call
Ted Bechtel or J.O.
