General Meeting - September 6, 2005

The meeting was called to order at 7:13 PM by Vice-President Terry Trimble in the absence of President Keith Thorson who was vacationing in Iowa.

The August Minutes were approved as printed in the Trans Script.

The Treasurer's Report for August was read by Treas. J.O. Raff and approved as read .

Old Business:
In the absence of Leo Brown, Activities Chairman, Terry reporting that the proposed Roaring Camp run did not materialize, the Hangtown Car Show was cancelled, and the Napa Valley run was a no-go. Club Jackets are still hanging.

New Business:
Terry announced that the next event will be the Jimboy's Car Show, Saturday Sept. 10th. The Cops & Rodders Car Show, Saturday, Sept. 24th has been cancelled by the CHP due to the transfer of the Officer that organized the event.

The P.O.C.I. Regionals for Friday, Sept. 30th thru Sunday, Oct. 2nd are on your own.

The next General Membership Meeting will be on Tuesday, Oct. 4th as scheduled.

Beverly's Toys for Tots is scheduled for Oct. 1st, 9 AM-3 PM. Other events are shown in the Upcoming Events Column.

Autorama is scheduled for February 10-12 at Cal Expo. Dennis will contact Butch Gardner for initial arrangements.

Officers for 2006 will be nominated at the October 4th meeting.

Dennis Trimble moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:40 PM.
